Our return policy is valid for 7 days from the date you receive your purchase. Unfortunately, we cannot offer refunds or exchanges after this period.

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we’ll notify you via email about the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will be applied to your original payment method within 7 days.

Sale Items
Only regular-priced items are eligible for refunds. Sale items cannot be refunded.
Exchanges

Shipping
When returning your product, you’ll be responsible for the shipping costs, which are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the return shipping cost will be deducted. Consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing insurance for items over R500, as we can’t guarantee receipt of your returned item.
