Returns Policy

  • Our return policy is valid for 7 days from the date you receive your purchase. Unfortunately, we cannot offer refunds or exchanges after this period.

Eligibility

  • To qualify for a return, your item must be:
  • Unused
  • In its original condition and packaging
  • Accompanied by a receipt or proof of purchase


Partial Refunds

  • Partial refunds may be granted in certain situations, including:
  • Obvious signs of use
  • Items not in their original condition or damaged due to reasons not caused by us
  • Items returned more than 7 days after delivery

Refunds

  • Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we’ll notify you via email about the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will be applied to your original payment method within 7 days.

Sale Items

  • Only regular-priced items are eligible for refunds. Sale items cannot be refunded.

Exchanges

  • We replace items only if they’re defective or damaged. To exchange an item, email us at info@artisano.co.za and send the item to:

Shipping

  • When returning your product, you’ll be responsible for the shipping costs, which are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the return shipping cost will be deducted. Consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing insurance for items over R500, as we can’t guarantee receipt of your returned item.
