We rely on third-party suppliers for materials and goods, which can sometimes cause delays. If delays occur, we’ll notify affected customers promptly. Our priority is to get your order to you as soon as possible while maintaining the high quality you expect from us.
When returning your product, you’ll be responsible for the shipping costs, which are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the return shipping cost will be deducted. Consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing insurance for items over R500, as we can’t guarantee receipt of your returned item.
