Warranty Policy

Warranty Period

Our warranty lasts 7 days from the date you receive your purchase. After 7 days, we cannot offer refunds or exchanges.

Return Requirements

To be eligible for a return, your item must be:

  • Unused
  • In its original condition and packaging
  • Accompanied by a receipt or proof of purchase


Partial Refunds

We may grant partial refunds in the following situations:

  • Obvious signs of use
  • Item not in its original condition or damaged due to reasons not caused by us
  • Item returned more than 7 days after delivery

Refund Process

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we’ll notify you via email about the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will be applied to your original payment method within 7 days.

Late or Missing Refunds

If you haven’t received your refund, please:

  1. Check your bank account
  2. Contact your credit card company
  3. Contact your bank
    If you’ve done all of this and still haven’t received your refund, contact us at sales@artisano.co.za


Sale Items

Only regular-priced items are eligible for refunds. Sale items cannot be refunded.

Exchanges

We replace items only if they’re defective. To exchange an item, email us at sales@artisano.co.za and send the item to:

Shipping

You’re responsible for return shipping costs, which are non-refundable. We’ll deduct return shipping costs from your refund if applicable. Consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance for items over R500. We don’t guarantee receipt of returned items.
